Developed in 2009 for Maximum power and performance, the firestar ti-technology set the benchmark compact mid-range powered lasers. The development resulted in a lower cost, more efficient laser, with faster pulsing and higher optical quality, essential for all marking and cutting applications.
The ti range is available in water cooled, air cooled and fan cooled to 100 Watts, the fan cooled lasers are light weight making them ideal for integration in to OEM systems. The laser can be mounted in any orientation, making it perfect for both stationary and dynamic robotic type systems.
New developments have seen additions to the ti range, these include the ti100p a high performance pulsed laser as well as a the ti-HS a high stability variant of the ti range.
The ti100p has a peak power of 300 Watts and with a rise time of less than 75µs is ideally suited where faster processing, deeper penetration and low (HAZ) heat affected zone is essential.
With the choice of factory fit 3x, 4x and 5x beam expanders, you can be assured that in harsh environments the large beam diameter helps reduce the potential of damage to external optical surfaces.
The ti-HS, keeps all the attributes of the ti- range, whilst making further improvements in output stability, the ti-HS guarantees power stability after 3 minutes of < ± 2%. This makes the ti-HS perfect for applications sensitive materials which are sensitive to power fluctuations like electronic films, sensitive substrates and fabric marking like blue denim.
